Good question! Our work together is not therapy. Therapy focuses on a client’s overall mental health and how it impacts their daily functioning. Coaching is a time-limited relationship focused on reaching a specific set of goals. If I believe therapy is a better fit, I can provide referrals.

When dealing with money, we want to be responsible and realistic (rational) about our situation, but we can’t ignore that we are human and experience various emotions (emotional). Our “wise mind” is the balance between our thinking (rational) mind and our feeling (emotional) mind. We will put this in practice during our time together. It’s really cool, actually.
